The cleanliness of the plate cylinder will affect the installation schedule
When the plate is installed, must ensure that the plate at both ends of the drum and the cone plate fixing head cleaning, not adhesion of inks and other impurities, otherwise it will affect the progress of the installation. After the version is finished, apply the hand test to check whether the plate cylinder is flexible or not. Before printing, the indexing plate or the radial runout meter can be used to detect whether there is a circle beating in the printing plate cylinder, so as to adjust the printing quality in a timely manner.
